I’ve been digging into David R. Hawkins for the first time and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the map of consciousness.
It was one of the most helpful visual models for me when I first saw it on a @aaron_doughty44 vid (thank you!) and the more I keep it in mind the more it seems to give.
Just seeing the emotional scale in order was helpful to understand where you resonate and where someone else might be.
